McGuire Development hosts grand opening of pediatric-focused medical center at 2733 Wehrle Dr.

A grand opening celebration was held at the Wehrle Professional Center, 2733 Wehrle Dr., on July 15 to recognize the official opening of the new pediatric-focused medical center. McGuire Development Company and Williamsville Pediatric Center are partners in the building and hosted the event along with other tenants including Hearing Evaluation Services of Buffalo, Hearing & Speech Center of WNY and pediatric dentist Dr. Mary Beth Dunn, DDS. The $3 million facility is located on a three-acre parcel one quarter mile east of Transit Road with easy access from the numerous surrounding suburbs. The pediatric focus of the center is unique in this suburban location and has been designed to provide an inclusive, comprehensive approach to pediatric care. The floor plans for each discipline were designed to be responsive to patient needs, reduce wait times, ease work flow patterns and facilitate communication within the offices. The building's highly efficient construction allows the facility to operate cost effectively resulting in economic and environmental benefits. McGuire Development Company is now underway with development plans for Phase II of the complex. Opportunities are available for any type of medical facility with a number of different options that can be custom designed to accommodate just about any need. This project adds to McGuire Development Company's growing medical portfolio which includes the Brain and Spine Center in Amherst, Omni Pain & Wellness Center in Hamburg and Lakeshore Family Medicine in Derby.
