Massey Knakal completes three Brooklyn sales totaling $8.25 million

Massey Knakal Realty Services (MK) has closed three deals totaling $8.25 million. The transactions include the following: * The $4.2 million sale of a two-story office building with a basement and outdoor roof deck at 343 Warren St. in the Boerum Hill section. The property contains 22,500 s/f. The property was sold to a Manhattan investor. MK partner Brian Leary represented the seller. * The $2.3 million sale of a two-story industrial property at 761-763 Humboldt St. in the Greenpoint section. The property contains 7,984 s/f. The vacant property was sold to a Kentucky user. MK broker Mark Lively represented the seller with broker Philip Kean. MK and Warren Baymond of DY Realty were the brokers. * The $1.75 million sale of a 10-unit apartment building at 145 North 7th St. in the Williamsburg section. The four-story property has nine rent stablized units and one vacant unit of 6,500 s/f. The property was sold to a Pennsylvania user. Lively represented the seller.
