Maslin of Adams & Co. reps. tenant in 6,000 s/f lease

Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered a 10-year, 6,000 s/f lease at 226 W. 37th St. for TWNZ. The showroom features 11 high-end women's clothing brands including lines by Yumi Kim, Lauren Conrad, Heather Hawkins and Amanda Uprichard. The rapidly-growing company, which has tripled in size in the past two years, will use 3,500 s/f of the full-floor space as a showroom. Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. represented the tenant, while Roy Moussaieff of Yoral, LLC represented the landlord. Built in 1924, the 17-story property is located at the center of the Fashion District in between Penn Station, Times Sq. and Grand Central. "The Fashion District continues to attract the attention of high-end, celebrity fashion brands," said Maslin. "This high-traffic, central Fashion District location is perfect for the exclusive TWNZ showroom and we look forward to working with the company as they continue to grow."
