Seider and Fetzer of Pyramid Brokerage sell 3.45 acres for $1 million

HDL Property Group has purchased 3.45 acres that will be developed into a Walgreens Pharmacy for $1 million. The properties are located at 9032 Erie Rd. and 9050 Erie Rd. David Seider and Scott Fetzer of Pyramid Brokerage Co., a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, handled the negotiations.
