Tectonic's multi-disciplined engineering services continue to thrive, yet our special inspections unit has established Tectonic as the premier and most recognized source for inspection and materials testing services in the construction industry, especially in the NYC Metropolitan area.
What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2010?
Winning the contract to provide special inspection services for Columbia University's Manhattanville Development in West Harlem, NYC.
What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011?
Commercial leases and property values seem to slowly rise again, possibly indicating a returning interest and activity in commercial ventures in 2011.
What are some of your New Year's Resolutions?
