Mark Stumer, Mojo Stumer Associates

Mark Stumer, Mojo Stumer Associates What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2010? Mojo Stumer has had very proud moments in 2010, marking our 30th anniversary as our most successful year; winning five highly acclaimed Archi awards for design excellence in commercial and residential architecture and interior design; completing our first monograph, set to be released in January; and our feature article in the December Architectural Digest. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2010? We were thrilled to see our first luxury yacht project, SKY, set sail in 2010. We worked collaboratively with Heesen Yachts on 165 ft. vessel, which was constructed in The Netherlands. The relationship between the highly precise detailing of yacht design with the creative opulence of the interior architecture was the key element in the projects' success. What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011? The current state of our economy shows promise for 2011. Although conservative real estate trends are still likely to continue, we are also looking forward to a more fiscally productive 2011 and an expanding commercial market. What are some of your New Year's Resolutions? Mojo Stumer Associates is resolved to continue improving the quality of our clients' lives through better and more creative architecture an interior design.
