Phase I of Residences at Palmer Square nearing completion: 27 homes

The Residences at Palmer Sq. is anticipating completion of the 27 homes in phase I. The 11 townhomes in phase I will be completed by early fall and the 16 condos by the end of the year.When completed, the development will consist of 100 homes, including 17 federal-style, two and three-bedroom townhomes and 83 one, two and three-bedroom condos located in seven buildings. Construction is being executed in three phases, with completion scheduled for 2012. "We're delighted with the progress of construction," said Jay Goldberg, head of sales and marketing for The Residences. "The development is really beginning to take shape, allowing passersby and prospective buyers the opportunity to get a sense of the look and feel of the completed neighborhood."
