Phase I of Residences at Palmer Square nearing completion: 27 homes
The Residences at Palmer Sq. is anticipating completion of the 27 homes in phase I. The 11 townhomes in phase I will be completed by early fall and the 16 condos by the end of the year.When completed, the development will consist of 100 homes, including 17 federal-style, two and three-bedroom townhomes and 83 one, two and three-bedroom condos located in seven buildings. Construction is being executed in three phases, with completion scheduled for 2012.
