What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : very good time to be on the supply or demand side! tenants with excellent credit and able to move will do great. landlords that are re-positioning will do well but only after a sizable waiting period for free rent, expenses and cash contributions to catch up.

What are your resolutions for 2013? : Meet more good people. Procrastinate less. De-clutter. Be more patient with self and others. Spread optimism.
