What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : I anticipate that retail leasing will remain slow and steady with tenants' business remaining stable. Property purchase prices will remain high. What are your resolutions for 2013? : Seek out more property buying opportunities, particularly deals "under the radar," and aggressively market our third party management and leasing services. Explore the market to acquire management companies. Also, as usual, "ABC," "always be collecting."
