October 19, 2021 - Design / Build

Red Bank, NJ Mancini Duffy, a 105-year-old tech-driven architecture and design firm based in New York City, opened a regional office at the Anderson Building, 200 Monmouth St. The new location will be Mancini’s third office (the firm has an office located in Millburn, N.J.). The new office has a large terrace and a capacity of 12 employees.

Mancini’s Christian Giordano (president and co-owner) and Scott Harrell (principal and co-owner) are lifelong Monmouth County residents. They and their business partners are excited to be part of the redevelopment of the west side of Red Bank’s cultural Arts & Antique District.

“As there has been migration out of New York City, more company leaders who reside in Monmouth County realize their company can be here, too, to cater to their existing local clients. It is essential to be nearby to foster relationships to fuel our growth,” said Giordano. “Right now, it’s the busiest Mancini has ever been with projects in New Jersey. In some respects, the focus of our projects has shifted from larger corporate headquarters to more regional offices and specialty buildings and interiors.”

“I see tremendous opportunity for Mancini to expand throughout New Jersey. Industrial warehousing is a booming market sector with millions of s/f currently available to be developed, and to be part of that growth would be fantastic,” said Scott Harrell. “The wave of the future in the built world is distribution centers and warehousing – I also foresee mixed-use projects becoming a significant opportunity for growth, including the master plans at Fort Monmouth, The Monmouth Mall, etc.”

Mancini has worked with numerous companies in New Jersey, including Bell Works, Commvault, Mars Wrigley, Jersey Central Power & Light, Guardian Life Insurance, Saxum Real Estate, Acacia, Breakwater Treatment & Wellness, and The Vault.

Metrovation redeveloped the historic four-story Anderson Building, a 1920’s warehouse located across from the Red Bank train station. Mancini will join other notable tenants of the Anderson Building like Sickles Market, Lambs & Wolves, Booskerdoo Coffee & Baking Co., and Salt Design Company.
