I am most proud of this year is publishing our Company Profile Book. It allowed me to combine my background in design with my growing focus on real estate marketing, two areas I hope to continue developing throughout my career. Seeing the project evolve from the initial outline to the final printed book was incredibly rewarding and helped me build valuable new skills at TerraCRG.

What advice would you give to the next generation of women entering commercial real estate?

My advice to the next generation of women entering commercial real estate is to make your voice heard. Commercial real estate offers opportunities across many disciplines, and there is value in bringing a unique perspective to the table. Push yourself to ask the hard questions, build strong relationships with other women in the industry, and trust that your skills and ideas have a place in the industry.
