Majerovsky of Citywide completes three leases
Sasha Majerovsky of Citywide Properties, Inc. has completed the following:
Quality Care Physical Therapy has leased 2,500 s/f at 316 Fifth Ave. for 5 years. The asking rent was in the $40 per s/f.
Yoga to the People has leased 1,600 s/f at 1017 Sixth Ave. The asking rent was in the low $30s per s/f.
HJ Corp. has signed a 5-year lease for 2,100 s/f at 40 West 38th St.
Majerovsky represented the tenant and landlord in all three deals.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.
What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
