Wadler and Lopez of Kalmon Dolgin arrange 5,000 s/f lease in Brooklyn

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 5,000 s/f lease of the entire one-story building at 396 Johnson Ave. in the East Williamsburg Industrial Park for Fast Action Truck Repair, an auto body repair firm, according to Neil Dolgin, executive VP of KDA. Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez of KDA represented both the tenant and the owner, Wilmington Properties Associates. The tenant is relocating its business from the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn. Fast Action Truck Repair was attracted to the property's 16-foot ceiling heights, column-free space, high vehicular traffic with retail exposure and proximity to the Morgan Avenue "L" subway station. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates is a 104-year-old, Brooklyn-based real estate firm. In addition to providing brokerage and management services, Kalmon Dolgin has acquired $300 million of its own real estate assets within the past year alone, primarily industrial and medical/office properties.
