Sasha Majerovsky of Citywide Properties, Inc. has completed the following: Quality Care Physical Therapy has leased 2,500 s/f at 316 Fifth Ave. for 5 years. The asking rent was in the $40 per s/f. Yoga to the People has leased 1,600 s/f at 1017 Sixth Ave. The asking rent was in the low $30s per s/f. HJ Corp. has signed a 5-year lease for 2,100 s/f at 40 West 38th St. Majerovsky represented the tenant and landlord in all three deals.
