Magnum 1 Realty LLC launches sales at The Bevy condominium

Queens, NY According to developer Magnum 1 Realty LLC, sales have officially launched at The Bevy, a new condominium in Astoria, adding 10 modern studio and one-bedroom units to the neighborhood. Local brokerage Modern Spaces is exclusively handling marketing and sales for the building, located at 14-11 31st Ave.

The unit mix is 10 studio- to one-bedroom units, ranging from 352 s/f to 654 s/f. Interior features include stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light, BOSCH cooling & heating system and HVAC system. 

Property amenities include private outdoor space via balconies for most units, a rooftop deck, parking for purchase, and storage.

The Bevy is located two blocks from the waterfront, with a seven-minute walk to the Astoria ferry terminal, providing access to Manhattan. A short walk to the 30th Ave. Subway Station with access to the N and W lines. Access to cultural venues and galleries, i.e. Socrates Sculpture Park and the Noguchi Museum and Rainey Park, which features a scenic, riverside promenade, baseball fields & dog-friendly areas.
