Evan Lieberman

Manhattan, NY Evan Lieberman, senior director/leasing, Resolution Real Estate Partners, LLC, a member of NAI Global, has arranged new leases for New Eagle Enterprises Inc. and Flyp Sportswear Inc. at 1385 Broadway, the fashion industry building, between 37th and 38th Sts. Working with Lieberman on behalf of the tenants on both leases was Michael Dylan of Inceptum, Inc.

New Eagle Enterprises Inc. took a seven-year lease for a 3,446 s/f fashion office and showroom at 1385 Broadway. The firm will be relocating from 1410 Broadway this summer.

Flyp Sportswear Inc. signed a five-year lease for a 991 s/f office and showroom at 1385 Broadway. The company will be moving from 1384 Broadway July 1, 2021.

Representing the landlord, B. Bros. Realty LLC, on both transactions were Brian Neurgeborn and Nicole Goetz of Savitt Partners.

Asking rents were in the low $50s.

“This is yet another example of how many businesses continue to regard the Garment District as the seminal center for all things related to fashion,” said Lieberman. “Less than two months ago, we arranged three other leases for garment businesses here. You can feel the renewed vibrancy each day!”
