Licari of Houlihan Lawrence reps. Granite Construction in $1.125 million sale

Wappingers Falls, NY Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Group has completed the sale of 1418 Rte. 9D. This 8,400 s/f single-story, steel constructed industrial building sold for $1.125 million or $134 per s/f. The seller was Granite Construction Northeast and the purchaser was Roger Realty. 

Nicholas Licari, an associate broker with Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Group, represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Geraldine Jennings with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hudson Valley Properties. 

The seller of the property lauded Licari’s efforts to help move the property. “Nick Licari was a tremendous help in assisting with the subdivision and sale of our property in Duchess County. His patience, cool negotiation skills, knowledge of the real estate market and connections within the local community allowed us to complete the sales transaction timely, on budget and to a successful conclusion for everyone involved.”
