Levy of Adams & Co. negotiates 19,753 s/f in leases at 10 W. 33rd St.

Adams & Co. Real Estate recently brokered six leases at 10 W. 33rd St. for a total of 19,753 s/f. The leases at the property included: * Six-year, 8,685 s/f renewal for Bag World Imports Inc. *Five-year, 3,163 s/f extension for Sam Salem & Son, LLC *Five-year, 2,938 s/f lease for The EneGroup, LLC *Three-year, 2,350 s/f renewal for Alliance Wholesale Corp. *Five-year, 1,527 s/f renewal for Fashion Express Inc. * Five-year, 1,090 s/f lease for Summer Rio Corp. The12-story property boasts 24/7 access and newly-renovated elevators and windows. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and landlord in all of the transactions. Tenants include Steve Madden Accessories, Barganza and IMT Accessories. Retail tenants include Columbia-Omnicorp, Jim Hanley's Universe, and Spa Sol. "The Fashion Accessories Center is an important building in the Fashion District," said Levy. "We are thrilled both to broker so many new leases and that so many long-time tenants have decided to extend their stay in this fantastic property. We look forward to working with all of them for many more years."
