Levin Management to market Monroe Plaza

Levin Management Corp. has been named managing and leasing agent for Monroe Plaza according to Matthew Harding, president and COO of Levin. The 156,000 s/f, Super Stop & Shop-anchored community shopping center is located on Rte. 17M. The property is controlled by New York City-based American Continental Properties, LLC. In addition to its grocery store anchor, Monroe Plaza also serves as home to Chase Bank, Rite Aid, Car Quest Auto Parts, Hallmark, Radio Shack, Subway and other diverse retailers. Levin currently maintains a portfolio of over 80 retail properties totaling more than 12 million square feet in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and North Carolina. The firm offers the fullest possible range of in-house services, including leasing, property management, marketing, construction management, risk management and accounting and financial reporting.

I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
