RKF retained as the exclusive agent for four Manhattan retail spaces

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (RKF) has been retained as the exclusive retail leasing agent for four properties totaling 54,420 s/f. The new assignments are 156 Fifth Ave., 254 Park Ave. South, 311 Sixth Ave. and 1200 Madison Ave. RKF managing director Jonathan Krieger is marketing the retail space at 156 Fifth Ave. totaling 50,000 s/f on behalf of building ownership, HRC Corp. At 254 Park Ave. South, RKF senior managing director Sal Ferrigno and executive VP Barry Fishbach have been tapped to market 10,000 s/f of retail space on behalf of 254 PAS Property, LLC. Krieger and associate Brandon Singer are marketing 3,200 s/f of retail space at 311 Sixth Ave. on behalf of 311 Sixth Avenue Corp. RKF senior director Beth Rosen and Singer are marketing 1,220 s/f at 1200 Madison Ave. on behalf of the co-op board, 1200 Tenant Corp.
