Adams & Co. handles two leases totaling 17,200 s/f in Manhattan

Adams & Co. Real Estate recently brokered a 10-year, 7,200 s/f lease at 148 W. 37th St. for fashion company Angel Sanchez. A new showroom installation will be built for the showroom, office and design space, which will serve as the company's New York headquarters. Jeffrey Schwartz and Joseph Friedman of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while James Buslik represented the landlord in the transaction. Though details of the lease were undisclosed, the asking price was $39 per s/f. The firm also closed a 10-year, 10,000 s/f lease at 48 W. 38th St. for United Legwear Co., LLC. The fashion company will use the new space for showroom, office and design purposes. Michael Greenberg of Adams represented the tenant while Bonafide Estates Inc. represented the owner and landlord in the transaction. Though details of the lease were undisclosed, the asking price was $38 per s/f. Adams & Co.
