LePatner & Associates names Kleiner and Tuttle partners

LePatner & Associates, LLP, one of the country's most highly respected construction law practices, has named Jeffrey Kleiner, Esq. and Alexander Tuttle, Esq. as partners with the firm. Kleiner joined the company in 2008 and specializes in commercial and real estate litigation, construction and real estate-related commercial transactional matters, and corporate compliance and advisory services. He has represented owners in preparing and negotiating design and construction agreements for small and large-scale residential and commercial projects. Kleiner also has extensive experience in commercial and real estate litigation, successfully representing clients both in pursuing and defending diverse legal claims. Tuttle, who joined LePatner & Associates in 2007, has represented owners, developers, contractors and designers in commercial and high-end residential real estate, construction transactions and litigation, and has provided corporate advisory and compliance services. Tuttle has successfully negotiated and arranged for strict fixed-price contracts on behalf of owners with design professionals and contractors on a range of residential and commercial developments. He is an experienced litigator with an established track record representing individual and institutional clients.
