LeFrois Development builds 138,000 s/f of additional office/flex space at Calkins Rd. Business Park, Rochester

LeFrois Development recently added 50,000 s/f of office/flex space to its portfolio at Calkins Rd. Business Park and are now in the process of building an additional 88,000 s/f building which will total an additional 138,000 s/f added in a year's time frame to the 580,000 s/f park. The 100-acre business park has continued to be one of the most sought after areas in the city for class A office/flex space, housing tenants such as Verizon Wireless, Unisys, First American, Travelers Insurance, and Pictometry. The business park has an occupancy rate of 98%. The newest building at Calkins Rd. Business Park, 275 Kenneth Dr., is 50,000 s/f and is home to 5 Linx Enterprises, Inc. 5 Linx provides telecommunications services across the U.S. and 20 countries abroad. The company distributes its products and services through a network of dedicated independent marketing representatives.
