IREM chapter 58 holds annual officer installation and awards dinner

The Rochester-WNY chapter 58 of IREM held their annual officer installation and awards dinner at Monroe Golf Club. The elected chapter officers for 2008 are: * Chapter president: Nicholas Harris, CPM, Regional Facilities Management Services. * VP of education: Steven Savoca, CPM, Konar Properties. * VP of membership: Kathleen Reese, CPM, The Cabot Group. * Secretary/treasurer: Nanette Stubbe. * Member-at-large: Patrick Clark, ARM, The Cabot Group. * Member-at-large: Stephen Mingus, CPM, of Morgan Management. Several individuals were recognized for their service over the past year: * Signature Housing Solutions was awarded the 2007 Accredited Management Organization of the Year. * Savoca received the 2007 CPM of the Year award. * Jordan Debes, The Cabot Group, received the CPM Candidate of the Year award. * Clark received ARM of the Year award. * Scott Hill, CPM, Uniland Development, received a Certificate of Appreciation for his contribution to the chapter by a chapter member. * Richard Calabrese, RentRochester.com, received a Certificate of Appreciation for contributions and support of the chapter by a vendor. Three members celebrated their membership anniversaries: * Peter Dohr, CPM,Baldwin Real Estate, received his 20-year anniversary pin. Dohr was president in 1992 and 1993. * Gary Hibbard, ARM, Watertown Redevelopment, received his 20-year anniversary pin. * Don Creath, CPM Emeritus, EDC Management, received his 30-year anniversary pin. Creath was president in 1984. Helen Bianchi, CPM, Providence Housing, received the Past President's Award for her service as president.
