Lee & Associates NYC relocates headquarters to 1211 Avenue of the Americas

Manhattan, NY Lee & Associates NYC signed a sublease for 17,580 s/f at 1211 Avenue of the Americas, relocating their headquarters to the News Corp. Building, from 845 Third Ave. The brokerage firm will occupy part of the 29th floor in the 45-story, Midtown office tower.

A Lee & Associates NYC team of Justin Myers and Dennis Someck represented the firm in the transaction, while Greg Herman, David Mosler, Dale Schlathler, and Bruce Mosler of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sublandlord, Royal Bank of Canada.

“We are thrilled at the opportunity to relocate our headquarters to a prime Midtown Manhattan location,” said Peter Braus, managing principal and Cofounder of Lee & Associates NYC. “Our new lease reflects our commitment to having our people in the office, where we can collaborate every day. We know having an in-person work environment is the best way to service our clients.”

Lee & Associates NYC has more than 60 real estate professionals, providing a full array of corporate advisory and commercial real estate services, including office and retail brokerage, sales and investments, and project and property management.

1211 Avenue of the Americas was constructed in 1973 and renovated in 2008. The building is located only a few blocks from Grand Central and major subway lines.
