Lee & Associates NYC relocates headquarters to 1211 Avenue of the Americas
Manhattan, NY Lee & Associates NYC signed a sublease for 17,580 s/f at 1211 Avenue of the Americas, relocating their headquarters to the News Corp. Building, from 845 Third Ave. The brokerage firm will occupy part of the 29th floor in the 45-story, Midtown office tower.
A Lee & Associates NYC team of Justin Myers and Dennis Someck represented the firm in the transaction, while Greg Herman, David Mosler, Dale Schlathler, and Bruce Mosler of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sublandlord, Royal Bank of Canada.

1211 Avenue of the Americas was constructed in 1973 and renovated in 2008. The building is located only a few blocks from Grand Central and major subway lines.
