Lebenstein of Colliers ABR brokers a 6,101 s/f lease at 286 Madison Ave.

Colliers ABR, Inc., a full service commercial real estate services firm, has completed a lease with Personality Institute, a group of behavioral therapists, has taken an additional 2,521 s/f at 286 Madison Ave. to bring their total space in the building to 6,101 s/f. They currently occupy the penthouse space in the building. This expansion space is on part of the 16th floor. David Lebenstein, senior managing director and director of the not-for-profit practice, Colliers ABR represented Personality Institute in the transaction. Adam Haber and Howard Kesseler of Newmark represented the building owner, APF Properties. "It was nice to take advantage of some rare vacant space in the building and enable the client to expand within the building," said David Lebenstein. "We have a longstanding relationship with Personality Institute, and it was a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with them again to help them meet their additional space requirements."
