Kutikov and Heeps of RedMark Rlty. complete four sale transactions

Albany, NY According to RedMark Realty LLC, the firm has completed the following transactions:

Alex Kutikov and Gordon Heeps of RedMark with Crisafulli Associates, LLC brokered a 3-year lease of 3,000 s/f at 1466 Rte. 9 in Halfmoon, between Linzak, LLC and Phelps Gym, LLC. RedMark represented the landlord.

Kutikov and Heeps with NAI Platform brokered the sale of 728 Madison Ave. for $300,000 between Corporation of the Latter-Day Saints and The Albany Damien Center, Inc.

Kutikov and Heeps with Donald Cepiel of RedMark brokered a 5-year lease of 3,035 s/f at City Station West in Troy, between Picnic Gardens Restaurants, Inc. and City Station West, LLC.

Cepiel, Kutikov and Heeps brokered a 3-year lease of 1,250 s/f at Valley Plaza in New Lebanon between Sandbox Corp. and the Brauser Group.

Kutikov and Heeps with Berkshire Hathaway/Hudson Valley Properties brokered a 15-year ground lease in Pawling between AutoZone Parts, Inc. and Fayne Daniels and C. Ross Daniesl, Ju. Trustees. RedMark represented the tenant.

Kutikov and Heeps with Ikon Realty Group brokered the sale of 158 Wolf Rd. in Colonie between AMJ Wolf Corp. and 158 Wolf Road, LLC for $1.585 million.

Kutikov and Heeps brokered the sale of a 8 parcel assemblage totaling 1.5+/- acres to Dearborn Land Investment, LLC at the intersection of Guilderland Ave. and Curry Rd. in Schenectady. The property is to be developed as a CVS.

Kutikov and Heeps with Vanguard-Fine, LLC brokered the sale of 806 Saratoga Rd. in Burnt Hill between Landmark Realty II, LLC and Penfieldwood, LLC for $1.55 million. RedMark represented the seller.

Kutikov and Heeps with Roohan Realty brokered a lease of 17,625 s/f at 1 Racemark Way in Malta between Yellowstone Holding, LLC and Applied Materials, Inc. RedMark represented the landlord.

Kutikov and Heeps brokered the 20-year ground lease at the Northeast Corner of Maxwell Dr. and Park Ave. in Clifton Park between Capital Bank and the Windsor Cos.

Kutikov and Heeps and Connor Kuhn of RedMark Realty with Crisafulli Associates, LLC brokered a lease of 1,200 s/f at 640 New Loudon Rd. in Latham between Amna Enterprises and Capital Region Home Care.
