Koeppel Rosen leases 11,000 s/f at 389 Fifth Ave.

Manhattan, NY Koeppel Rosen LLC announced the latest wave of tenant leases at 389 Fifth Ave., a mix of office, retail, and specialty spaces. The 140,000 s/f building continues to attract a range of businesses. For Koeppel Rosen LLC, Max Koeppel negotiated the new office transactions at the property on behalf of ownership, 389 Associates.

Among the new tenants securing space at 389 Fifth Ave. is Dakota East Construction Corp. and Tangent Construction Inc., who together will be occupying 3,378 s/f.

Elder Care Homecare will also be a new tenant at 389 Fifth Ave. The agency, dedicated to offering comprehensive and personalized care, will occupy 3,628 s/f. Lavender Spa and Nail Inc. signed a 10-year lease for 1,200 s/f of ground-floor retail space.

AJS Creations, Inc. d/b/a Grown Brilliance, an online retailer of fine lab-grown diamond jewelry, has secured 828 s/f of office space. Additionally, Affect Group, a vertically integrated design, build, and property company, has leased 1,537 s/f.

Lambert & Shackman, PLLC, a firm specializing in real estate and commercial litigation, will occupy 336 s/f. Finally, Wall2Wall NY, a full-service temporary wall company, has taken 1,294 s/f.
