Years with company/firm: 8 years Years in field: 24 Years in real estate industry: 24 years Address: 303 East 57th Street, NY, NY 10022 Telephone: 212-286-5500 Email: [email protected] URL: www.mogullrealty.com Real estate organizations / affiliations: REBNY What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2010? My greatest accomplishment in 2010 was being nominated for REBNY's Retail Deal of the Year for The One Group's STK Restaurant at The Grace Building at 1411 Avenue of the Americas. We signed two leases - one 10,000 s/f indoor restaurant and a second that will occupy the 4,000 s/f patio. Both are under construction and expected to open spring 2011. In the midst of the transaction, the economy imploded and I had to manage my way through an overwhelming personal challenge. I'm thankful to have come through this crisis, and proud to have achieved so much in the past year. Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career? Since I was a child, my mother, Martha Mogull, and brother, Marc Mogull, have been the strongest influences on me. Over 40 years ago, Mom was a pioneer for women in the industry. My brother, another real estate guru, is the CEO of Benson Elliot Capital Management, one of Europe's leading real estate private equity funds. We are all very close and always have been. Additionally, over the last decade, Donald Trump, has become an active member of the 'strongest influence club.' Donald strongly encouraged me to brand myself and start my own company. As promised, he was Mogull Realty's first client and remains a loyal personal and professional advocate. How do you manage the work/life balance? I'm just figuring that out now. Ask me again next year!
