In addition to sales for my firm, I like to think of myself as a networker/matchmaker. I believe that what goes around comes around. Whether it's helping someone else find a job or introducing a client to a service provider that they needed. What advice would you give to women just starting out in commercial real estate? Be persistent. How do you manage the work/life balance? Like Nike - I just do it!
