Kaufman Org. brokers seven-year lease for Allied Aviation Services
The Kaufman Organization, which specializes in leasing and managing office space in the city, recently brokered a seven-year, 9,750 s/f lease at 462 Seventh Ave. for Allied Aviation Services, Inc.
Allied Aviation Services including its subsidiary and affiliated companies is the largest domestically-owned provider of fueling services to the commercial aviation industry. The independently owned and operated company provides fueling services at some of the largest airports in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, and Latin America.
Steven Kaufman and Barbara Raskob of Kaufman represented the landlord for the transaction, while Alicia Popper of Savitt Partners, LLC represented the tenant. Although the terms of the lease were undisclosed, the asking rent for the space was in the mid-to-high $30's per s/f.
"Allied Aviation is a company dedicated to providing incomparable services to its customers," said Raskob.
462 Seventh Ave. is a 23-story structure built in 1926. The 185,000 s/f building features 24/7 access and a shared entrance with 470 Seventh Ave.
