Katz and Sher of Katz & Associates represent Warby Parker in third Brooklyn location
Brooklyn, NY Warby Parker continues expansion in the borough with a new location on Flatbush Ave. in Park Slope. This is the third area location and the second location for which Brian Katz and Scott Sher of Katz & Associates represented Warby Parker. The 2,564 s/f store opened on January 25th at 208 Flatbush Ave. The property was represented in-house by Pintchik Associates.
“It’s exciting to help bring a fresh concept into this neighborhood where so much is happening with retail and residential development,” said Sher, managing director at Katz & Assocs.
The Flatbush Ave. location is the 7th location for which Katz and Sher helped secure in N.Y. and N.J. The store has entrances on both Flatbush Ave. and Bergen St. The exterior illustrations by local artist Saskia Keultjes.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
