Jungreis of Rosewood Realty Group brokers $11.25 million sale: 58 units
Rosewood Realty Group recently brokered the sale of 2026 Ocean Ave. in the residential Midwood neighborhood for $11.25 million.
The sale of the seven story, 58-unit, 61,000 s/f elevator building with a parking garage and several doctor's offices, represents 12.7 times the rent roll.
Aaron Jungreis, of Rosewood Realty represented both the buyer, Herald Realty, L.L.C. and the seller, IJD Realty.
"This is a very vital, neighborhood near Brooklyn college and a great shopping district,'' said Jungreis. "The neighborhood is a prime residential area."
