Jump Apparel renews for 32,243 s/f at 1400 Broadway, Manhattan

Jump Apparel, Inc., has renewed its lease and nearly doubled its space at 1400 Broadway, expanding into the entire second floor of 32,243 s/f, according to Brian Waterman, executive vice president of Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), the property's managing and leasing agent. Jump Apparel, represented by Waterman and Lance Korman of NKF, will complete its expansion in January. The firm currently occupies 17,263 s/f on the second floor. "Jump has been in the building since 1991," said Waterman. "Recently, the building underwent a change in management and began an $81 million capital improvement program. We're delighted that Jump will be able to enjoy the impressive end-results of these developments."

I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
