Jones Lang LaSalle secures 10,449 s/f at 105 Maxess Road, Melville

Jones Lang LaSalle has completed a new direct lease for National Support Services LLC at Melville Corporate Center I, 105 Maxess Rd. The information technology company will occupy 10,449 s/f at the 146,000 s/f, three-story building. The tenant was represented by Jim Wenk and Paul Formichelli, senior vice presidents, and Mark Leonardis, associate, all with Jones Lang LaSalle's New York office. The building owner, T. Weiss Realty Corp., was represented in-house by Craig Weiss and Jennifer Lynch. "We conducted a comprehensive search for National Support Services over the past four months to find a suitable location for its New York-area headquarters, and the company ultimately selected 105 Maxess Rd.," said Wenk. "T. Weiss offered an economically competitive package while being able to quickly accommodate the information technology firm's immediate occupancy needs." National Support Services will occupy a portion of the first floor at 105 Maxess Rd., which is located within the Melville Rte. 110 business corridor. The company will establish its New York-area headquarters at the building.
