KDA arranges 25,000 s/f lease for two-story building in Queens
According to Neil Dolgin, co-president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 25,000 s/f lease of the entire two-story building at 1857 Troutman St. in the Ridgewood section for Roman Thomas, Inc. Vincent Lopez and Jacques Wadler of KDA represented the tenant. Gary Diana of DY Realty Services, LLC represented the owner, Kiybar Realty. The new lease represents an expansion for Roman Thomas.
