Johnson of Fountain Realty Group represents Indus Architect in 2,240 s/f lease at 80 Broad Street; Property owned by Savanna

Savanna, a New York-based real estate private equity firm, arranged the following new lease at 80 Broad St. Indus Architect has signed a new lease at 80 Broad St., occupying 2,240 rentable s/f on a portion of the 16th floor for a seven year term. Indus Architect PLLC is a forensic architectural firm dedicated to providing focused solutions to every client's' construction and design issues. Each client benefits from the careful and thoughtful professionalism put into determining root causes of construction and design defects, and uses this critical information to effect repairs to buildings they take pride in. Hal Stein, Todd Stracci, and Adam Leshowitz of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, Savanna, while Jovan Johnson of Fountain Realty Group represented the tenant in this transaction.
