John Gallin & Son completes 12,000 s/f headquarters build-out
John Gallin & Son has completed a complex build-out project for IPsoft, Inc., a global managed services company that provides comprehensive IT infrastructure operations support to an international client base, according to Mark Varian, president of the construction firm.
The new 12,000 s/f space, on the tenth floor of 17 State Street in lower Manhattan, serves as the firm's headquarters and network operations center.
"IPsoft handles most of its clientele's needs remotely; needless to say, there were many technical details involved in the build-out," said Christopher Gallin, vice president and director of marketing and client relations at John Gallin & Son, who managed the project.
John Gallin & Son served as the construction manager. The design and construction team also included Roland Gebhardt Design as the architect and Robert Derector Associates as the engineer.
