JLL lease 10,108 s/f at 107 Greenwich St.

Manhattan, NY UK fintech powerhouse Revolut will relocate and expand to a new headquarters space at 107 Greenwich St., the office component of the new development at 76 Trinity Pl. which is owned and operated by Trinity Church Wall Street.

Founded in July 2015, Revolut has grown to become one of the UK’s most valuable neobanks worth an estimated $33 billion. It will relocate in November from a co-working space at 53 Beach St. to occupy a fully built out and furnished 10,108 s/f headquarters space across the entire 20th floor of 107 Greenwich St. as part of a strategic U.S. expansion.

“This office move represents a big step forward in Revolut’s expansion in the U.S. as we continue to grow our business and hire exceptional people in this key market,” said Sid Jajodia, U.S. CEO and Chief Banking Officer at Revolut. “We’re excited to continue bringing innovative financial services to both our retail and business customers from this new location at the heart of the iconic Financial District in Manhattan, and we’re grateful to the JLL team for their support.”

Completed in 2022, the 26-story 76 Trinity Pl. was developed to support Trinity Church’s commitment to its local community. The first five floors, known as Trinity Commons, serve as a community resource with full-court gymnasium, teaching kitchen, art and rehearsal studios, private meeting rooms, a large hall for special events, and a dedicated space for teenagers. The sixth through 12th floors at 76 Trinity Place are occupied by Trinity staff responsible for the parish’s operations, grant-making, events, and other functions.

The office component totals 130,000 s/f and encompasses the 14th through the 26th floors. It has a dedicated entrance with an immersive lobby and destination dispatch elevators, and a separate address of 107 Greenwich St. The building’s 18th floor serves as an amenity center for the office tenants, offering dining, conference rooms, break-out space, a fitness center, and an expansive outdoor terrace with panoramic views of the Hudson River, World Trade Center and Trinity Church.

A JLL agency team, led by executive managing director John Wheeler, managing director Andrew Coe, and associate Margaux Kelleher, oversees leasing at 107 Greenwich on behalf of Trinity. Revolut was represented by JLL managing director Val Stobetsky, vice president Calum Waddell, executive vice president Will McGarry, and associate vice president Hale King.

“Trinity Church is meeting the market at a time when tenants are seeking space with exemplary design and inspired amenities that will empower growth and company culture,” said Wheeler. “As the only new boutique construction in the World Trade Center submarket, 107 Greenwich St. is ideal for forward-thinking small-to-midsized firms seeking floorplates from 10-12,000 s/f, and we anticipate continued leasing momentum at the property.”

The Revolut lease leaves just four tower floors available at 107 Greenwich St., where the tenant roster includes civil, structural, and transportation engineering consultant, SI Engineering, which occupies 10,108 s/f across the entire 19th floor, and investment advisor, Atomic Invest, which occupies the building’s 21st floor.

“Trinity presented Revolut with a turnkey, fully-furnished solution that allowed them to expedite a relocation to a brand new, fully amenitized trophy office building,” added Stobetsky. “The space meets the demands of today’s employees and positions the firm to continue to thrive as it expands its U.S. operation.” 

A LEED Gold-certified property, 107 Greenwich is located near the WTC Transportation Hub, Fulton St. transit lines, and the PATH train to New Jersey.
