We increased our third party management portfolio by over 30 properties. We are now managing over 80 properties, and hope to increase this business in the future.
What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2014?
I am hoping that leasing will firm up and that acquisition prices will become more reasonable. I am worried (as usual) that the economy may dip as rates rise and Affordable Care Act wreaks havoc on the economy.
