What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2013? I obtained my Certified Shopping Center Manager accreditation from ICSC. Also, see below. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2013? We increased our third party management portfolio by over 30 properties. We are now managing over 80 properties, and hope to increase this business in the future. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2014? I am hoping that leasing will firm up and that acquisition prices will become more reasonable. I am worried (as usual) that the economy may dip as rates rise and Affordable Care Act wreaks havoc on the economy. What are your resolutions for 2014? Keep my head down, try to increase my business in ownership, management, and brokerage.
