Manhattan, NY Jack Resnick & Sons has secured four separate lease deals totaling 8,886 s/f at 133 East 58th St., its 15-story office building in the Plaza District.
The Parkinson’s Wellness Foundation expanded its commitment at 133 East 58th St. to 9,000 s/f. The Foundation added a 2,256 s/f suite to its footprint following its initial move to the building last summer. The nonprofit’s headquarters, which occupies a portion of the sixth floor, serves as a central hub for wellness programs, community engagement and advocacy for the Parkinson’s community.
In the largest of three medical provider agreements, Joshua Zimm, M.D. signed a new lease for a 3,890 s/f suite on the third floor. The internationally recognized facial, plastic and reconstructive surgeon will move into the space this upcoming fall.
In addition, dermatologist Noah Heftler, M.D. has renewed his third-floor, 1,830 s/f office, while orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist Stuart Spring, M.D., P.C. has extended his 910 s/f lease on the third floor.
Jack Resnick & Sons was represented in-house in all transactions by Fran Delgorio and Brett Greenberg. Joshua Zimm was represented by Paul Wexler and Josef Yadgarov of Wexler Healthcare & Commercial Properties. The Parkinson’s Wellness Foundation was represented by Adelaide Polsinelli and Marc Shulman of Compass. There were no outside representatives for Noah Heftler or Stuart Springer.

Built in 1930 and acquired by Jack Resnick & Sons in 1968, 133 East 58th St. is situated at the corner of Lexington Ave.,near the Lexington Ave./59th St. subway station, numerous bus lines and retailers like Apple and Bloomingdale’s. The building features a renovated lobby and modernized elevators.
