IREM NYC hosts members meet and greet in August

IREM NYC chapter president Randall Powell, CPM; IREM National 2025 president elect Dawn Carpenter, CPM and Michael Torres, CPM, general manager Parkchester Preservation Management.

Queens, NY IREM NYC held a member meet and greet at the Standard Biergarten in NYC on August 9th. Michael Torres, VP chapter activities said, “This our third meet ’n greet this year, and they have proved to be a very popular way for our members to causally get together and relax. We’ll be hosting another in November.

Ken Seiferth, CEO, Ascend Elevator Consultants, an IREM NYC industry partner and Sharon Hart Fanelli, CPM, senior director, NYL Investors.

 

Tarshia Champagne, CPM, property manager at Argo Real Estate enjoyed a cocktail.
