Brooklyn, NY Investment Property Realty Group (IPRG) negotiated four sale transactions totaling $7.185 million.

IPRG brokered the sale of 75 Calyer St. in Greenpoint for $3 million. This property is located between West and Franklin Sts. The lot is 24.42 ft. x 100 ft. The building is 24.42 ft. x 65 ft., offering 3,800 s/f. This building offers two apartments, both of which were delivered vacant.

75 Calyer St. was sold by Lorraine Banfield to Joe Lichtman.

IPRG brokers Derek Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Donal Flaherty, Corey Haynes, Thomas Ventura, and Sal Monteverde represented the buyer and seller.

IPRG closed the sale of 181 North 6th St. in Williamsburg for $1.185 million. This property is located on the corner of Driggs Ave. and North 6th St. The lot is 25 ft. x 80 ft. and is zoned R6B, offering 2,300 buildable s/f.

181 North 6th St. was sold by Berish Wagschal to Tom Michaeli.

IPRG brokers Bestreich, Sproviero, Flaherty, Haynes, Ventura, and Monteverde represented the buyer and seller.

740 Park Place - Brooklyn, NY

 

IPRG negotiated the sale of 498 Humboldt St. in Williamsburg for $1.9 million. This property is located between Herbert and Richardson Sts. The existing building is 22 ft. x 102 ft., offering 3,400 s/f. The lot is 22 ft. x 102 ft. and is zoned R6B, offering 4,488 buildable s/f. This property offers one apartment and one garage.

498 Humboldt St. was sold by Joseph Lombardi to Elliot Nicks and Tom Michaeli.

IPRG brokers Bestreich, Sproviero, Flaherty, Haynes, and Ventura represented the buyer and seller.

IPRG also sold 740 Park Pl. in Crown Heights for $1.1 million. This property is located between Rogers Ave. and Bedford Ave. The lot is 33 ft., x 105.58 ft. The building is 33 ft. x 85 ft., offering 9,200 s/f. This property has eight apartments, all of which are fully rent stabilized.

740 Park Pl. was sold by Myrtle Rogers to Adam Raczynski.
