ABS Partners Real Estate leases 14,875 s/f
at 915 Broadway

Manhattan, NY Two new tenants have leased space at the fully renovated 915 Bdwy., said Gregg Schenker, president/co-managing partner in ABS Partners Real Estate, which manages and leases the building.

The new tenants are: Stanford University, which has leased 5,885 s/f on the 18th floor, where continuing educational and career support for its graduates and undergraduates commencing careers in greater New York City will be provided, while seminars and presentations will also be held for their current students.

ABS’s brokers were James Caseley and Carol Sacks. Stanford’s broker was Matt Leon of Newmark.

Vision Ridge Partners, have leased 8,990 s/f on the 20th floor and the roof deck, which offers 360-degree views.

ABS’s brokers were Caseley and Benjamin Waller. The tenant brokers were Dale Schlather and Greg Herman of Cushman & Wakefield. Vision Ridge had previously been at 12 East 20th St.

“The building, which is 97% leased, displays impressive lobby art featuring the wild horses of Sable Island, done by noted artist Roberto Dutesco,” said Schenker. “Indeed, the artwork has been a particular favorite of our tenants.”

A 20-story office and retail building ideally located between Madison Sq. and Union Sq. parks, 915 Bdwy. has proven to be a leading choice for companies spanning multiple industries seeking first-class accommodations in the much-desired Flatiron District. Adding to its aesthetic appeal, the building sits atop a redundant fiber-optic loop, providing some of the most reliable, highest-speed connectivity available in New York City.
