Innovo Property Group to develop
Review Avenue Complex - 736,000 s/f

Long Island City, NY Innovo Property Group (IPG), a New York City-based real estate investment and operating company founded by Andrew Chung and backed by Nan Fung Group, has planned its newest purpose-built multistory urban industrial facility, The Review Avenue Complex. Located in the Borden Innovation District at 28-90 Review Ave., Long Island City, the complex will offer 736,000 s/f of class-A space and flexible floor plates with suites starting at 25,000 s/f. The Review Avenue Complex is developed in partnership with the Urban Investment Group (UIG) at Goldman Sachs Alternatives.

The Review Avenue Complex is comprised of six stories, that each tout ground-level convenience. With high-capacity floor loads and truck access to each level via a 35-foot-wide ramp, the property is designed for up to two tenants on each warehouse floor and is able to serve a multitude of uses, offering 40 x 42.5-ft. column spacing and clear heights up to 32 ft. Additionally, The Review Avenue Complex includes four freight elevators, heavy power, and is photovoltaic (PV) and EV ready.

Each level also benefits from ample loading docks and significant parking, with the overall complex able to accommodate 166 cars and 118 fleet and oversized vehicles.

Located just off the Long Island Expressway, The Review Avenue Complex is in close proximity to all the major routes serving Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx.

“The Review Avenue Complex exemplifies convenience -- whether considering the facility’s location or the ground-floor experience we have implemented on all six stories. We have developed a flexible, productive space that has the entire Tri-State area at its back door,” said Chung. “Careful consideration and strategically planned floorplates allow us to maximize the space for the benefit of our prospective tenants.”
