Tompsett appointed as a partner at Harris Beach

Kevin Tompsett has been elected as a partner at Harris Beach PLLC. He practices in the financial restructuring, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights group. He represents banks, credit unions, finance companies and judgment creditors in bankruptcy and insolvency matters. He has experience with respect to handling bankruptcy matters including plan negotiation and confirmation issues, and preference and nondischargeability actions. He also regularly handles commercial litigation, replevin actions as well as judgment reinforcement. Prior to joining Harris Beach, he practiced law in Boston, Mass. in the areas of litigation, real estate and institutional finance.
