Michalek named COO of CBRE|Buffalo

CB Richard Ellis|Buffalo has appointed Gregory Michalek as its chief operating officer. CBRE|Buffalo is one of WNY's largest, third party, full service commercial real estate service firms. Michalek will oversee all facets of the company's operations including its brokerage services, consulting, project management and facilities management business. CB Richard Ellis is the global leader in providing commercial real estate services. Jeffrey LiPuma, the company's CEO and managing partner said "Mr. Michalek joined us a little over a year ago.
