Joe Rowley, vice president, Harry Gleason, associate broker, and Chip Kloppenburg, sales associate, of CBRE/Rochester have represented Eber Brothers in the disposition of the property located at 155 Paragon Dr.
The warehouse/distribution facility was sold to Cass Hill Advisors of the Albany area, who purchased the building on a speculative basis and is seeking tenants to lease the space.
The sale transaction is valued at $4.15 million. Barry Stafford of Consolidated Affiliates and Marc Trevisan of CBRE/Saddle Brook, N.J. also participated in this transaction.
155 Paragon Dr. totals 166,776 s/f on 13.9 acres, situated along the south side of the Rte. 531 Expressway along the Gates/Ogden town line. The facility was constructed in 1998 and was previously occupied by Eber Brothers Wine and Liquor Corp. for their beverage distribution business.
